Salem's Lot 2024
If the teal/orange color grade of early 2000s films were not strong enough for you, this film might just be for you!

The Curse of Frankenstein 1957
A bit timid and trite but the basics are solid. Peter Cushing is excellent as Victor Frankenstein, however, the script does not give him (or his monster) much to do in the film. A moral struggle within Frankenstein due to his transgressions or literally any conflict with the monster would have helped the film a lot. But as it is, the monster sadly has no personality at all and Frankenstein himself only struggles a bit with his fiancée and his friend.

Scars of Dracula 1970
I really don't know if it was a good idea that Dracula is so immensely passive in all of these films. He never seems to do or plan things, other people are just happening to him. That just led to a film with barely any horror, action or even drama. We just watch our protagonists uncover the truth about Dracula which we already know and therefore is devoid of any tension.
