What the hell sure… kinda felt like a weird dream but maybe I was just sleepy. very inventive dialogue and strong soundtrack but unfortunately I do think it would have been better with a higher budget— some shots (especially regarding the lighting) and editing cuts felt very obviously cheap and colorless, felt like it was made by a first year film student (no offense to the first year film students). Randomly placed appropriation moment that seems like it was just for the gag (weird…) had its own indie charm though

One of the top nostalgia movies for me, probs watched this 10 times between the ages of 6-11. watching it now brought a whole new dimension— aka i didn’t realize how stupid funny it is. absolute joy, brings me right back to my childhood self, killer line deliveries and homoerotic fencing duels. love
