How high does it take for someone to make a movie like this?
You have to appreciate how gigantic the director's balls are to have held a post-screening talk.
No other movies has made me question my existence more than this masterpiece by Fruit Chan BB, at least for the entire 1h51 minutes. Now I'm grateful for my life, including the time I wasted on spacing out, more than ever before.
At least I had some good laughs during this movie, that's probably what life is all about. It could be ridiculous and absurd at times but it's all about the joy.

It's the one film belongs to those who belong nowhere.
It might be an ambitious attempt to touch on basically all the hotly disputed issues/labels in Sweden: from definition of beauty, gender identification, ethnicity, the clash between love and hatred, to questioning the boundaries of what to be considered as humane act. Not sure if everyone would be satisfied with the development and depth of those topics in the film.
Nevertheless, it certainly does the job of depicting an unsettling folklore in such a intriguing manner.
