This one is tough to rate, it’s definitely going to be polarizing among fans of werewolves in films. Specifically I’ve noticed a good deal of controversy surrounding the creature design/how it works in the world.

Absolutely incredible, the songs are wonderfully done, each character is perfectly cast, and the world feels so alive! The Emerald City is stunning, and Cynthia Erivo absolutely kills it as Elphaba. If you’re like me and too poor to see the show on broadway, this movie is a great substitute.
Despite the low rating, I really do like this movie. I saw someone else sum this movie up as, if you liked the last two, you’ll like this one. And that’s pretty much my take. I really liked the last two venom movies as dumb fun, and this one continues the trend.
But maybe next time we get a venom movie (because we all know they’ll never stop with 3) can we get one that has the actual spider symbol on his chest?
The best of the Disney renaissance movies, and I would argue, one of their best overall.
The ballroom scene always takes my breath away, this is a timeless tale.
