  it's easy to admire the brutalist for the filmmaking prowess that it is given it's low budget, but production aside, the end result is just as great. it feels fully realized, as if corbet was in complete control the whole time and able to build the movie exactly as it was ambitiously designed. the same goes for the cast, i honestly don't know which to praise more the writing or the actors but what's sure is that each characters is…
