  Poignant, eerie, but incredible. Really drives home the critique of exposition in modern film. We center on a family where a stones throw away we hear atrocity that can only be imagined. Whether it’s the constant billowing fire and smoke or the sound of a distant train in an otherwise natural shot of a picnic, this film drives your mind to what’s not shown.

  In this family we see normality, love, and pain, but veiled over evil so deep rooted…

  You don't get to choose your favorite film any more than you choose your favorite food, that shit is just tasty.

  Love is the one thing we're capable of perceiving that transcends dimensions of time and space. Maybe we should trust that, even if we can't understand it.
