I truly despise the first part. We are talking of sexual abuse to a woman which literally has a child brain, how can everyone just ignore that a celebrate it ? the male gaze it’s so engraved throughout the movie that it sickens me, yes the photography, music, lightning and costumes it’s great, the acting it’s great. but should we ignore it as the people in Alexandria ignored the poor? fuck metaphors. as the movie progresses and bella’s brain develops…
