A mediocre crime film with a gabber costume.
After a promising start to getting to know more about the gabber culture, Hardcore Never Dies eventually boils down to a predictable drug crime trope. We’re left with monotonous characters and stereotypes of the gabber scene.
Brilliant acting however the characters do not develop and are simply thrown to deal with unattended arcs and themes that build up to nothing.
What could have been a climactic ending of Danny playing his piano…
