The gritty Hollywood hustle. It was smutty, riddled with religious commentary and crafty gore. So the perfect love letter to the 80s slasher genre. I will say…it definitely gave me the vibe of one of those 80s horror movies that aren’t very good or successful but grow a cult following and end up on an IndieWire article .

Utterly Heartbreaking. The plot was simple and concise but the dynamics and characters were powerful and thoughtful. The immense heat this film radiated was striking.
