  A heinous abomination. Completely misunderstands everything that makes the original great and replaces it with the blandest of 20-teens action tropes. gyllenhall plays dalton like an npc, with zero discernible personality and the conor mcgregor piece is so deranged and out of control that it swallows the entire second half of the movie. Condemn this waste of two hours to the fieriest bowels of hell. Stupid, ugly, terrible punching sounds.
