Annihilation is a breath taking film, which sadly because of Paramount and Netflix, something I’ll never get to experience on the big screen and that is really a big disappointment. The film has incredible uses of colour, both in terms of the light given off by the Shimmer and the hybrid foliage that it creates. With moments of tension that are hard to recreate at home, this film is something that demands to be seen at the cinema.
