  Anora had some great performances, but I found some scenes dragged out, and the plot itself wasn’t too crazy there were no big twists or surprises. Even then the conversations felt very natural, which kept me interested. It wasn’t that bad of a film  because it still held my interest. It gave me a similar vibe to 1917, where you feel like you’re right there with the characters in the movie. The camera work was quite nice too which I did play quite close attention to.

  The beginning of the movie was a great introduction and showed off some of the beautiful camera work this movie has to offer. There was hints of foreshadowing which kept me interested and focused. The application of physics and the explanations of how it works were very intriguing and constantly kept the viewers questioning themselves and the theories suggested by the physicists. Although the movie was 3 hours long and I felt like it needed to be, I lost focus…

  A very very good Irish film. One of the best movies I’ve seen this year. It has a lot of dark themes and shows the dark side of convents.
