A great, at times heartwarming film, that stands head and shoulders above other animated efforts.
Charming, and enjoyable for both adults and children, this is a great one for the whole family.
It perhaps dragged on a little long, but I enjoyed it, nonetheless.

At 28, I'm a long-time Sonic fan. My most vivid memories include the videogames 'Sonic Heroes' and 'Shadow the Hedgehog' - where Sonic, Shadow, and a certain robot sonic all featured.
The film is funny, and in a way that both children and adults can enjoy. The humour is genuinely well placed, and there were certain moments where the theatre erupted into low, but well deserved, giggles and chortles.
Which would all be for nought, if the film completely disregarded…
2019's Joker was a dark and thrilling take on the famous DC villain. Unfortunately, the film found itself a lightning rod for the burgeoning culture wars. It found itself both revered and ridiculed for this very reason.
This ultimately meant that Joker 2 was always going to be divisive. And divisive it was.
Let's be quite clear - the scathing reviews for this film are invalid, and should be ignored.
I walked into the cinema prepared for an absolute disaster…
Leaving the cinema after the credits rolled, I was incredulous.
This was due to a disconnect between what I - the viewer- was expecting, vs what I was presented with in the cinema itself.
Let's turn the clock back, to only a few nights before.
The marketing for this film had piqued my curiosity - Margaret Qualley showing up on my TikTok, introducing herself as 'Sue' and encouraging me to 'Pump it up!'
