I LOVE THIS SO MUCH. From the beginning till the end, this hit me deeply. The sadness throughout the film feels like small waves hitting the shore, slowly growing stronger and stronger. By the end, it’s like a big two-meter wave crashes over me but then everything becomes calm and peaceful. The movie is filled with sadness but it didn’t leave me feeling down. Totally forgot to log this hahaha I’d say it’s one of good Thai films I’ve seen. The film’s idea and intention to reflect society are great. The storyline might not be groundbreaking, but it’s bolder than expected. What really made me like this film is the amazing cinematography, some solid performances from some actors, and the perfectly timed score. All of these elements took it way beyond what I expected from a Thai film.
Alright time to hype something up. This film is totally my vibe!!! It’s absolutely wild and exactly what I expected! I saw the good reviews and had high hope...and WOW, it didn’t disappoint at all. It even exceeded my expectations a little.
The body-horror was seriously intense, totally gross and disgusting in the best way. They really pushed it to the limit and nailed the whole “human greed” thing in such a savage way. Also, the cinematography from the camera…
