  The most accurate depiction of being 21

  Paul tagging random places with leftist slogans is the equivalent of posting an infographic on your story. It’s well-intentioned, but you gotta dig deeper!

  Also love the contradiction of being a Marxist and a casual misogynist. When the State is oppressive, are women equally oppressive when they won’t sleep with you? Nope! Consumerism is not the reason she doesn’t like you, you’re just an asshole!

  Overall a fun reflection of when you’re young…

  Fun but ultimately beats the topic of a 25 minute video essay into a 2 hr and 20 minute feature film.

  Lost me in the last act, not because I think that internalized misogyny and self-hatred don’t need to be grappled with, but because it treated Elizabeth with more mocking cruelty than I expected, rather than empathetic tragedy.

  She got her comeuppance by being turned into an uggo! Oh the horror! 😱
