  A little dull, like a lot of movies of this time. Amazing audio and a good story with some heartfelt moments. Worth the watch and even a rewatch in a few years time.

  Entertaining plot I can re-watch any time. Captures the genuine spirit of surfing unlike many other surf movies. Not all sunny beaches, waves and territory but shares hardships and fluctuating swirl of life in the 60's. My fav movie. If you enjoyed Grease or Karate Kid and are looking for something more mature you'll enjoy this.

  Always a good one unfortunately seen it too many times so it’s no fun anymore, we need more movies like this, with this aesthetic and with this good of a story.

Following
