this was atrocious. terrible pacing, blake lively is generally unbearable (but started to redeem herself as time went on), characters were so flat and had no chemistry, taylor swift in it took me out of it, hasan should not have signed up for this, but 1pt for how they showed DV can be more complex than how we may expect it to be

movie marathoned af this weekend as i rest and recover 🧖♀️
at first i thought i’d only be able to see roman roy, but ~40 mins into the movie i was pleased to see so much more
this movie touched and broke me in ways i didnt expect, both characters relatable in such subtle ways
the ending was so complex and sad. i would have loved a hopeful ending but its fine thats also what made this movie feel so real
