i feel like if Tobias wasnt in Almuts life, she would want to guarantee the cancer not coming back and remove her ovaries and uterus. this movie beautifully portrays how love makes people feel hopeful and even impact major decisions like this. she just thought that the cancer wouldnt come back and that after treatment she could biologically conceive kids with the love of her life. its the fact that there wasnt much thought put into this decision, makes me question the sanity level of humans in love.
