the only way everyone in the world in later installments of the MCU can know exactly what happened during the final battle down to the smallest detail is if all of the people involved took the stand in some kind of Congressional hearing to testify. this would imply that Rocket (a raccoon), Spider-man (wearing his costume to protect his identity), and the Hulk (the Hulk) had to take the stand wearing suits and ties on the C-SPAN network to give their testimonies.
