This movie has a lot to take in. I think that the overall plot is great but could have been shorter in the beginning. The final hour or so of the movie is great with an emotional explanation that wraps everything together. The real emotion is solely for the child rather than either parent which I liked. There are some aspects that I felt could have been explained further like his OCD obsession with shoes. I also did not like the music.

This was an entraining movie with a great concept. I would’ve been interested to see this movie going for a more serious and interesting plot halfway through but it focused on comedy. As a comedy, I felt like some of it was forced but overall was more funny than not.

Haven’t seen the first movie so may be lacking some understanding for certain aspects.
