  The final battle where not only he’s fighting Captain Hook but he’s processing childhood trauma and ending the cycle generational fatherhood neglect… this film did something and I don’t think it gets credit. The pain of children screaming for their father to save them and he just, gives up, and you see them lose hope in him.
