Mommy 2014
There are first-time experiences in your life when you think you can only feel that deeply THAT first time but this film will certainly be the exception. Destroyed and made new again, endlessly captivating. While troubling and tear inducing, there’s a certain light hearted aura that leaves you with hope, as Die so eloquently put it.
Side note: Ludovico Einaudi is one of my favorite composers so I lost my mind when I heard the beginning of Experience start to play.
