this movie is now one of my favorites of all time if just because of its narrative. From the sleezy high school boys to the “nice guy” who felt entitled to her death. I think maybe at some point Mandy truly did plan on dying w Emmett until he told her he loved her and then in her mind that changed everything. She wanted to do this to restore order she didnt want to be objectified and once the last person she thought would do that ends up fulfilling tht prophecy she only had one thing to say.
