  fuck man. this movie messed me up BAD. I figured it would, but I wasn't expecting it to happen as soon as it did. I don't think I've ever started full on sobbing this early into a runtime. for possibly the first time, I truly saw myself up on the screen. this one's gonna mean a lot to me, and I imagine it'll mean a lot to people who don't quite know it yet.

  this is fucking awesome, costumes and audio design especially. dune was my grandfather's favorite book, lynch's dune was my grandfather's favorite movie, and I'm sure he would've loved this. glad I got to watch this with my dad Paul :)
