A slow burn horror movie. A twist. Not the best, not the worst.

I was seriously leery of this movie because of the CGI monkey, but honestly I'm not sure it works without the conceit. I new nothing of Robbie Williams going in but I loved the movie and soundtrack so much I went home and looked him up. This is worth putting into your private collection. I left smiling after this movie.

A redemption story that doesn't do a full court press on the power of prayer. If you watch the live footage at the end of the movie, you will spot some glaring liberties they took with the "true" story to make it more dramatic.

Okay the aliens are very Stranger Things, but if you get past that I really liked this. It had good jump, a great sound track...ambient noise as opposed to music, it paced well, and had an acceptable conclusion. And yes, Frodo is the star.
