What did I expect from a guy, who directed Longlegs? I don't get his understanding of movie vibe. You expect horror? Here you have a funny horror scene aaand we going back in time for a kid drama. Comedy kid drama. Then black comedy. It becomes too funny, so bring heavy dramatic moments, intersperse with childish fear. So naturally now we need a serious family drama with absent father-son relation. Prelude with crazy cameo to relax a little before series…
