It's been a helluva long time since I've done this. So let's start with... well, something easy.
Venom: The Last Dance, the final movie in the somehow-existing Venom trilogy. Don't get me wrong, I love the first installment, and there are bits of the second that I find myself enjoying. Ghostbusters 1984
I went into this film expecting the cultural phenomenon, cult classic that I'd been told it was for my entire life.
And here I sit, pondering "how the hell does anyone get enjoyment out of this film?"
I found none of the characters likeable, let alone compelling, and the story simultaneously felt slow and rushed. I'm just bewildered at how it grew into such a cultural success. The only points I'll give this film are for the Ghostbusters Theme, which goes hard as hell, and for the sounds that the Ecto-1 makes.
