  Doctor Who: The Sontaran Experiment 1975

  This was better than I thought it would be. This was the second appearance of the Sontarans and like its predecessor it shows them as powerful warriors. Styre is possibly even more ruthless than Linx and Kevin Lindsay is still the best Sontaran actor.

  This is only two parts long so it's over quite quick. The first part is a little slow with a lot of walking around a field until Styre shows up, which is when it gets going.…

  I have a feeling this is how Terminator started.

  ROTOR is a combination of Terminator and Robocop except its so bad it becomes awesome.

  Its like a chainsaw set on frappe.

  So halfway through the robot ROTOR escapes and kills a guy for speeding. Then he pursues a woman for the rest of the movie. Also the soundtrack to this is actually pretty awesome, especially the end credits song. There's also the robot Willard who was an actual police robot…

  The Burning 1981

  The Burning is a decent slasher with a strong start with the prank going wrong setup. But this isn't without its problems.

  First of all its a little slow on the kills until a while into the movie. Though the raft massacre is a really good scene and offers some gory kills. The effects by Tom Savini are top notch here and the music by Richard Wakeman is one of the best aspects of the movie.
