Parker Posey is truly my favorite actor ever, and also one of the best soundtracks ever? As hilarious and fun to watch as always. On the 2nd watch Mary's journey, her anxiety and issues, just resonated with me so much more and are so deeply relatable. Love this film, an all time favorite!

Much too silly at times for my liking. Action scenes towards the end felt a bit forced? I know its based on a novel so not much you can do there. 2/3 through the film was great fun and interesting, the comedy really saves it. A fun watch but not as profound as Dir. BJH's previous films. Can probably see now why they delayed release, passing all the major 2024 and 2025 festivals.

My guy distractingly looked like a Timothee Chalamet and Luigi love child.

Spectacular neorealist film though and I don’t normally like neorealism too. Very pretty shots of characters meandering around Milan. Relatable themes of work and alienation at work. Brilliant!

Structuring the film around 3 different keynotes over time is such a unique idea that works tremendously. Creates a pressure cooker environment in each that really fleshes out the characters involved. Technically brilliant, especially the performances. Relationship between Steve Jobs and Lisa in the film was incredibly gripping and its lifeblood, despite how true or not the depiction is.
