Doesn’t quite live up to the sheer visual madness of its 2015 predecessor, but it’s a fun entry with the series held together by two central performances.
A much quieter movie than fury road, that allows more time for character, yet still features some staggering action sequences.
On the down side it still falls into the problem with many prequels as in we know where Miller’s mad mind is heading with his story and for all its stunning visuals there…
