This is such a perfect example of tragedy and comedy working so well together! The sad truth of being unable to have children is portrayed completely seriously and is layered in to what is overall a really ridiculous and fun cartoonish comedy!

Travis starts this movie as a child, running and ashamed of himself and his actions. He ends as an adult who knows that his fuck up is irrevocable and does the only right thing which is, fuck the absolute off and leave… them… alone! This movie really does devastate me! This viewing was a 4K screening at the Texas Theatre. The color was a lot more rich than I expected and I of course cried at least 10 times!
