Extremely boring compared to the last two and the most important part of the movie was off screen and happens instantly. The story for this one is just character development and is nothing like the previous installments.

Rampage: Capital Punishment 2014
Another pretty fun movie however I think the first was a bit better overall. Everyone is still deaf in this movie, literally the first kill shows someone completely oblivious not even 30 feet away from the person he shot. I’m not sure if he actually wants to inject a message or if it’s just for the sake of the movie but a lot of it is either false, contradictory or sounds exactly like the wet dream of reddit teenagers from the suburbs.
