  The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring 2001

  I will be able to talk about this trilogy all day. But yes, another year, another rewatch.

  Besides the fact that is a technical wonder, an inspirational film and a fantastic universe.

  It re-connects me to the feeling of home, wonder and my Grandmother who died in 2015. Everytime i watch this, she is revived.

  The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies 2014

  Oh boy oh boy.

  This film has the absolute lowest points of the series.
  Everyone who has seen then film knows whats up, so im not going too much into detail.

  It also has alot of fan service. Good and bad.

  Despite all its issues (Alfred being one of them) its still a fine entertainment piece.

  The song " The last goodbye" by Pippin himself is a masterpiece by itsself and it almost makes me forget the really bad parts…

  Everything i ever wanted in a sequel.
  This is LOTR level of epic.

  Extremely complex story and characters that I love. Taking a messias story and make so many angles and twist, that i have a hard time knowing who to trust. There is great sadness in the story and moments of failure, believes and ideologies of what a destiny/prophesy entitles.
  Zendayas greatest performance, so mich is said with her eyes only.

  The acting and lighting was simply amazing. Sound design was really great also.
  The main character had fantastic chemistry between him and his friend in the first half of the movie. I was really sad when he went away. Very enjoyable.
