Huge disappointment. Was expecting a sci-fi movie discussing what makes someone human and the implications of cloning someone with no regard for each clone's life. What I got was "Trump bad" and little about clones for over 2 hours.
This movie has so many chances to develop interesting characters for the viewer to care deeply about, but it throws these chances away to have an obnoxious Mark Ruffalo give a horrible Trump impression for the whole runtime. I feel like…
Movie Night 3/16/25
Bad but not fun bad. I've lost respect for every teenage girl that allowed this abomination to be created and to make hundreds of millions of dollars. The CGI hurt me physically and the dialogue hurt me spiritually. I need to go watch a Christopher Nolan movie for my own sanity.
Battle of Helms Deep gets me so hype every single time
I didn't think it was possible to make a sequel better than Into the Spider-Verse but I was wrong. This movie is perfectly crafted with a complex plot that was never hard to follow. Even with so many different characters, they kept each one special with unique motivations and animation. Cameos never got in the way but actually helped to tell the story better. As soon as the movie ended I looked up when the next one is coming out.
