A Killer Paradox 2024
A fun drama. I loved the cinematography so much, it made watching this drama that much more entertaining. Coincidently, Lee Changhee was the director, who also directed Strangers from Hell, which I loved. Good direction can make a bad script, decent, in my opinion. Choi Wooshik picks literally the best projects to be a part of. Maybe he recognizes his scripts like Lee Tang recognizes his victims…
Pretty great watch. I don’t think I got bored once. Loved the idea…

She Would Never Know 2021
I thought the way both Rowoon and Jin-ah played their characters was so good, but the actual concept of the story was a bit dull. Also, why don’t they translate the real Korean title to English? “Sunbae, don’t wear that lipstick” is so much more different and felt so much more meaningful especially after hearing him say that line in the drama.

What a fun drama! I started this drama to fill in the time during the week when I was waiting for episodes to upload on another drama but I was so pleasantly surprised. I ended up becoming more excited to watch this than that. There’s comedy, sadness, anger–everything. Hae-sun did such an amazing job with this role. I loved the mix between modern thoughts (literally) in a historic setting. Jung-hyun was such a fun “king”. Love love loved this drama. It’s a must watch. So many dimensions to it, I was hardly ever bored.
