While I don’t think this movie is as bad as others say, this could have been better. For a movie that advertised itself as Captain America vs Red Hulk, the fight only plays out near the end of the film. To be honest, this movie felt a bit messy and tonally inconsistent at first. I mean it felt like the movie tried to be different genres at once. Was it a murder mystery? Psychological thriller /horror? Erotic thriller? Cop drama?
There were jump scares and then there's sex scenes.
The plot twist did surprise me though. I like how it tried to tie all the subplots all together, which somehow helped the movie make sense.
