Absolute masterpiece. John Cusack plays the role perfectly of a skeptical and cynical paranormal debunker, who finds himself facing the real deal in the haunted room of 1408. The scares aren’t terrifying but it does well enough when combined with the mind bending twists and turns that we go through as an audience.

The Conjuring 2 2016
This is the single best movie in the franchise. Does a great job of making us believe it is both a ghost and a hoax at the same time. This film also introduces Valak and sets the scene for the Nun which I will be watching soon.
