Incredible, the soundtrack is burned into my brain. Some of the most beautiful shots I've seen in a long time. This feels eerie knowing it was just 3 years after the holy ghost, Albert Ayler, died.

Heart of Steel 1983
One of the few pieces of media to show the realistic impact of a plant closure. Domestic abuse, suicide, alcoholism all compounding immediately after the primary employer shutters. This movie does more justice for Mingo Junction and the Ohio River Valley than Deer Hunter ever could.
It is really good, with the exception of the final act.
