  X-Men 2000

  Tons of respect for the place this has in comic book movie history - seeing this for the first time as a kid, I absolutely loved it. However, it can't really compare to most of the X-Men movies that came after it and watching it now I find it overly short, too simple with plotting and character development (seriously this is like the most basic version of X-Men you'll ever see), and there's really not any sustained action. Still like it though for the nostalgia and the gift of Hugh Jackman!

  True guilty pleasure that keeps bringing me back because of Jennifer Garner and Evanescence! Also has pretty good action that's not CGI'd to hell.

  A bit of a let down coming out of the Disney+ series, but what it lacks in action it makes up for with great performances from Anthony Mackie, Harrison Ford, and Carl Lumbly! It feels lighter than it should, but is still a fun watch. I hope this team gets another shot to find the sweet spot of social commentary, action, and story that will differential Sam Wilson's Cap from what's come before!
