Man, oh man, oh man.
I like to describe two very fundamental visual experiences in my life in the following order:
“La La Land” was the movie that kept me on the path of the arts when all I wanted to do was leave it, and “Clapping for the Wrong Reasons” was what showed me what my end goal was. Two very strange pieces to speak of in the same sentence, I know.

A Human Position 2022
There is something so beautiful about slice of life films. In a movie completely comprised of still shots, I found myself engaged the entire time. Beautiful story that doesn’t rely on heavy/dramatic acting or plot twists to hit you right in the heart. Life is much simpler than that, and I think it’s lovely.
