I hope this movie prevents people from going into the real estate business.
Cool movie. I liked that that they deviated from orlok's original design. I also thought the sound design was nice.

Adaptation. 2002
Not sure how I hadn't seen that movie before. It was pretty great. It had a lot of believably relatable moments. The last 40 minutes were kind of insane but if you embrace it, it really pays off.
Also, Brian cox jumpscare.
