  Honestly, I think this is one of the best movies of the year so far. It’s smart, clever, and it actually has something to say. Not just that “war is bad”, but reminding us how visceral, terrifying, and destructive real wars are, and that they can happen anywhere and corrupt anyone.   Really solidly written and fun genre bender, equal parts sex thriller, rom com, and heist movie. A lot of wonderfully written dialogue and clever jokes, and great acting from Nicole Kidman, Ben Chaplin and Vincent Cassel.

  The ending was really adorable too. Would love to see more films like this made today.
