  It feels like the staff had a lot more artistic freedom in the production of this second episode when compared to the first one. And as a result, this entry is significantly more fun.

  Also, Shichirou Kobayashi is the art director, so it looks pretty amazing.

  Really goofy and fun. Kitano's framing is really good in here and works quite well, although it's not as poignant as in some of his more appraised works. My biggest complaint about this is that the execution of the latter half is not nearly as tight as in the first half. But I have to say that the Zatoichi parody was pure genius.
