  Frozen 2 on tranquilizers. The only things that moved during the film were people walking out of the cinema.

  Excellent cinematography. I would’ve given it 4.5 stars had it not:
  a) Included that cumbersome epilogue. Cut that out, bitte.
  
  b) indulged in those didactic voiceovers trying so hard to spell everything out for the audience. Seriously, we get it. Same goes for that Pieta shot.

  c) marginalized the voices of female characters in the film. For all the amazing work this film has done to introduce racial themes to the Berlin Alexanderplatz classic, the film is surprisingly dated when it comes to its portrayal of female characters in the same old hypersexualized underworld.
