The Holy Mountain 1973
Well, I liked the intro and mid-act sequences where the planets are introduced, I really liked El Topo and Santa Sangre, but, for better or worse, The Holy Mountain feels like a 3 hour long film that has some interesting moments but outstayed its welcome by the second half. I particularly liked the off-beat humour, the music, and visuals. But the second half of this film after they go off in search of the Holy Mountain is where the film…

Heavy Traffic 1973
Solid film and Bakshi's best work imo, if not a bit aimless and too grotesque and pretentious in certain sequences. But it's an honest film with alot of interesting shots and sequences.

Hot Fuzz 2007
The best of the Cornetto trilogy in my opinion. It doesn't go completely bonkers like World's End or Shawn Of The Dead, but it still has alot of fun with genre-mixing and not taking itself seriously. On rewatch, the cinematography in some parts such as the firefights don't hold up as well... but I still had a great time with the overall plot and comedic style of Hot Fuzz.
