  A JUMPSCARE IN VENICE

  Surely an entertaining thriller, well made and with an high pace.
  The problem is that to make the movie more engaging than the others Poirot's adventures Kenneth Branagh decides to use jumpscares, way too many jumpscares. You can't rest a minute, there will always be a slamming door, a sudden ringing of the phone or an extremely loud typewriter in function. Apart from that it's a good film.

  P.S. In addition I don't think that in 1947 Italy there were so many Catholic nuns happy to celebrate Halloween, but I will pass over that.
