u gotta understand through all the mcu shit jokes and corny ass cgi they really did try to capture the essence of spider-man. spidey is supposed to be a broke mothefucker with no game bad luck and a shit tier social circle. so yes give me a depressed 5'8 loner beat down apartment and hated by everyone peter parker even if it takes two mediocre movies because at least it feels REAL.
