You can tell the director (Agnès Varda) is a photographer as well. Each shot is so well thought out.
The story, pacing and music blended perfectly together.
The dialogue tackles a very human situation and introduces characters seamlessly and in a natural way.
The casting is incredible, the way each character suits the actor perfectly and how everyone talks over each other. The blocking for this film is quite amazing, must’ve been hard to choreograph. The beginning was long tho and so many just stuff.
I liked how the parallel of the Anita and Igor slowly showed them getting closer emotionally and physically. The cinematography and editing was great.
