my favorite movie. the emotions and dialogue delivery along with science never fails to render me with goosebumps. by now i have been a bit desensitized to the tesseract scene, but watching the movie in itself makes me want to cry happy tears. i will never not love this movie.
loved the visuals, and the narrations, but yea the story was lacking if i look at the bigger picture, wasnt that engaging
people call it shattering, a horror film but i would call it a very beautiful film. i loved the performances by the cast, the sheer symbolism, the soundtrack, the descent to madness - i loved the movie. perhaps i did not feel triggered (i usually do in psychological movies), because i had braced myself for the worst. i loved the movie
a new film, a new favorite film. i caught myself smiling every now ad then. the mumbai local and my personal experiences with them knocked on my heart. the whole story and the miniscule stories interweaved in it, bringing out the complex layers of the characters won me over again and again. and ofc the recurring line - 'kabhi kabhi galat train bhi humei sahi jagah pohocha deti hai'. the awkward silences with the realistic background din made it even more real.
