I think this may be the first time that a movie seriously terrifies me.

There are no words for me to explain why it affected me so much, in fact i‘ve heard of many people, who even found it boring or useless, yet for me it is incredibly hard to cope with it, even a few hours afterwards. I probably think that these thoughts and feelings on it are very personal and it would be so interesting to know, what is going on inside my head that this movie disturbed me so much.

If this was going to be Letterboxds best rated movie of all time, i would have been more than just disappointed. (Glad it isnt) Its fun but nothing more than that and it doesn’t even get close to cinematic masterpieces like Parasite and 80% of the other top 250 N.F. films on the list. Nobody here can seriously tell me that this movie is on the same level or close to Parasite or the Godfather ones, really not. Can’t understand what people see in it to rate it that high sorry.

It’s really hard to tell anything about this movie, because i can’t really find words to describe its story, which is just beautiful, creative and one you won’t find anyone similar to. Just a special and extraordinary movie with one of the best side characters of the year if not of the decade, played brilliantly by Bradley Cooper. Maybe a next Oscar favorite, but we’ll see.

All i can say is that i’m glad i chose this one to be my 365th and final movie this year, because it’s a nice way to let 2021 come to an end.
